Error Opening an Excel Workbook

Hi all

Please could anyone tell me what is going wrong here when I try and
open and excel workbook I get the following message:

`C:\PROGRA~1\EXCELR~1\xr32demo.xll'could not be found.Check the
spelling of the file name, and verify that the file location is correct.
