Hi,
I'd like to know how to get a value from a cell into another behind a text string by using a formula. For example, A B 1 20 Result (20) Thanks, Xianbo |

Use formatting
Pull-down Format Cells... Number Custom and the the field enter: "Result ("General")" The advantage of using formatting is that the cell can still be used for calculations -- Gary''s Student "Xianbo" wrote: Hi, I'd like to know how to get a value from a cell into another behind a text string by using a formula.
