I am trying to do a conditional formating where the time entered into a cell
is checked against a list with sun rise and sun set values for a specific area. Date Sun Rise Sun set 20051001 5:55 17:47 20051002 5:56 17:46 The end result would be if the time is outside of Sun rise and Sun set the cell would change color, but still allow the time to be entered. |
