how to change the background color of menu bar
 

I want to change the background color on the menu bar in excel 2003. Can
anyone help me.

the color is controlled by Windows.

On your desktop, Right click and choose Properties

Click the Appearance tab and then choose "Advanced"

In the "Item" dropdown choose Menu

pick your desired color and click OK, OK

NOTE: THIS CHANGE WILL AFFECT ALL WINDOWS APPLICATIONS
