Excess columns
I have set up my worksheet, but have a tremendous number of columns left
unused. I have tried to delete them, but they don't go away. How can I get rid of them? |
Karen, you can not, but you can hide them ,select them and format columns

Excel has 256 columns and 65536 rows for your use. You cannot get rid of them. You can hide them. Select those columns you don't want to see and FormatHide. Same for rows. Select the first column header to the right of your data.
