How can I set up or design an Apppointment Card layout or template in Excel?
Or is there a default available?

So, you just want a page with the date and time so you can fill in you
appointments by hand?

Yes thats it generally....I can add other data in ajoining cells etc...like a
dentist repeat appointment card etc?

Have you checked out the templates available on the Microsoft Office Website?
