Different renderings of same pixel heights

I have been sent a workbook which consists of about 10 worksheets.
The sheets are supposed to have the same format, but pixel sizes differ.
The first row is 40 pixels high; other rows are 20 pixels high.
With 'big' pixels, 22 rows fill the screen.
With 'small' pixels, 29 rows fill the screen.
View is Normal for both sheets.
How might this difference be done?
I have failed to make a good search to find anything with Google. ;(

Sorry not to have reported this earlier:
on both sheets, Format/Style shows Font as Calibri 11, Black.
Style is common to both sheets.
Changing this does control the rendering of cells on both sheets, but
some other control is involved in the differences.

View/Zoom had values of 100% and 130%.
I went to the post box and was inspired. ;)
