How to make cells not editable if it contains any data

Hi,

I have created a 2010 macro enabled excel. I want the cells once entered to be uneditable. Only administrator should be able to change the values in the cell. I am expecting a VB macro code for this.

I am very new to VB programming. Please suggest.

Thanks,

could arise.
