Editing a pivot table
 

I've made a pivot table that shows me the number of duplicate entries on
an address list. Now I want to delete the duplicates. When I drill
down, it puts the list onto a new sheet, and deleting the rows I don't
want does not effect my original data source. Is there an easy way to
make changes to the results of the pivot table that will show up on the
data source?

Changing the pivot table, or the output from a drilldown, won't affect
the source data. If the pivot table is based on an Excel table, you can
use the techniques on Chip Pearson's site, to mark and delete the
duplicates in the source data:
