Inserting a number and having it displayed as you typed
Want to insert a number in one cell of a worksheet and have it displayed as
such. However it either rounds the number off or inserts a decimal point. I do not want this number for any mathematical function. I am inserting a P.O. # for simply reference sake |
First format the column or cell or row as text using Format--Cells, Number
tab. :) ************ Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com "Bev" wrote in message ... Want to insert a number in one cell of a worksheet and have it displayed as such.
