how do I delete a worksheet from my workbook
I need to delete an empty worksheet from my workbook. Although I have tried
2 options:- (a) edit menu, delete sheet (b) select sheet, right click and then delete sheet In both options the words "delete sheet" are dimmed and I am therefore unable to delete the sheet. It is a shared workbook |
Is your workbook protected?

You cannot delete sheets from shared workbooks.
Un-share it first then delete the sheet. Gord Dibben Excel MVP On Mon, 15 Aug 2005 13:40:03 -0700, "DLee" wrote: I need to delete an empty worksheet from my workbook.
