Navigation in Excel

Am reading a book Microsoft Excel 2003-Level 1, in the paragraph
Navigation in Excel written:
How to navigate in Excel
Using the Mouse to navigate in Excel

To Move the worksheet display one screen at a time.
Do this-Click between the scroll box and the scroll arrow of either the
horizontal or the vertical scroll boxes.

To Move to the cell specified in the cell reference.
Do this-Click in the name box, type the cell reference, press enter.

I know what is the scroll arrow, but where is the scroll box in the
application/workbook window of Excel.

The marked in red absolutely not clear to me.

If anyone could show it to me in graphics i would appreciate it.

thanks in advanced.

CLR

The "scroll box" is that slim area on the right or the bottom of the window
where the scroll bar slides back and forth, or up and down..........
