How do I insert formulas from one sheet to another?
 

How do I tell excel to auto poplulate information that I add into a cell on
Sheet 2 and have it show up, in a cell on Sheet 1? I'd appreciate any help.

this formula in a cell in Sheet 1 will add a number entered on sheet 2 A1
=Sheet2!A1

To save actually having to type in the formula each time do this.
in sheet1 put your cursor where you want the formula
press =
with mouse click on the other sheet tab
put your cursor where you want the data to come from (with mouse)
press return.
