Posting messages
 

In an Excel spreadsheet, the data is in columns.

In compiling a message to post in an Excel Group, I use spaces to make
the data appear in columns

However, when I submit the message for posting, the columnar alignment
is lost so the data is no longer in columns.

How can I retain the columnar appearrance in a posted message?
