Not directly. You can use the BeforePrint event to add the value
to the footer. E.g., in the ThisWorkbook code module,

Private Sub Workbook_BeforePrint(Cancel As Boolean)
Worksheets("Sheet1").PageSetup.CenterFooter = _
Range("A1").Value
End Sub
