Excel 2007 will not refresh cells
 

Click the Office Ribbon Button(colorful round circle at the top Left
corner)Excel OptionsFormulasCalculation OptionsWorkbook
CalculationSelect the AUTOMATIC Option Button and give Ok€¦

If the above doesnt solve your problem, then check your formula whether
its covering new input value cell.
