Default Menu confusing

I just upgraded to Office 2007 Ultimate from Office Professional 2002. I am
totally lost in Excel. Trying to find the different items in the menu is time
consuming and is eating up my time, affecting my productivity. Is there a
way to re-set the menu so that it looks and responds as the previous versions
of Excel? If not, is there a guide that will lead me through this mess until
I can learn it?

No. There are tools available that allow you to use the old-style menu, but I'd
bite the bullet and get acquainted with the new menu.

You can find a handy tool here which enables you to search for a command very
easily:
