Need to make page numbers sequential across worksheets
Hi,
I have a workbook with 3 worksheets (and page # footers on each of them) in Excel 2003. When I print the entire workbook (4 pages per worksheet x 3 worksheets = 12 pages). each worksheet starts with "page 1". The page number order goes: 1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4. How do I change it so that the page numbers are listed as 1-12? I don't want to list each manually as the data changes regularly, leading to different page numbers Thanks for the help. |

Group the sheets before printing them. i.e. click on the first sheet tab, hold the Shift key down, click on the last sheet tab, then go to Print Preview - the page numbering is now consecutive.
