duplicating a spreadsheet
Hi,
I would like to duplicate an existing spreadsheet with all the formulas but none of the data. Does anyone know how to do that? Cheers Gavin |
Hi Gavin
Copy the sheet and then delete the data (aka Constants.) Rightclick the sheet tab, choose "move or copy", select destination and select "make a copy". In this copy, go menu Edit Goto, click Special" and select your type of constants to go to. Now menu Edit Clear Contents (or simply your Delete button). Record a macro while doing this and you can simply run thet the next time. HTH. Best wishes Harald "Gavin" skrev i melding ...
