Pivot Charts
I have set up my Pivot table and it works properly. Is there a way to make a
chart for each data point? (The program now defaults to stacking all the data points into one chart). I would like them in a seperate chart. I did try to copy the pivot table (which works), and then selected only that data point to plot a chart. However, that will create a problem with I go to update the data as I will then have to update each pivtor chart I have copied. can you help? |
Pivot Charts
Instead of creating x-amount of PivotCharts (which would use up a significant
amount of memory) it might be better to design your PivotTable/Chart so that your "data points" are a page field, and you can then choose from a dropdown. When I'm trying to build a PivotTable, I often find it easier to select the chart option first (when in wizard) and build the chart, not the table, first. Depending one what your data is and how it's organized, you could either place the current data points field into a page field slot to select 1 at a time, or into the series field and use the check boxes to limit the displayed points. -- Best Regards, Luke M *Remember to click "yes" if this post helped you!* "Lorri" wrote: I have set up my Pivot table and it works properly.
