Do you have autofilter on?
Are the missing rows maybe set to very tiny height? Select above and below the missing rows and FormatRowHeight. Set to 10 or similar. If a filter is active a drop-down arrow will appear in heading rows (usually
row 1). If this is the case, turn off your auto filter. XL 2003 Select Data, Filter, Autofilter. XL2007 Data tab, Sort & Filter group, Filter. If rows are hidden 1) Drag select the rows on either side of the hidden row(s). 2) Press (hold all at the same time and release) [Ctrl]/[Shift]/9 (number 9 on the keyboard). If rows are tiny Click Cell A1. Press [Ctrl]/[Shift]/[End] (highlights the used area of the spreadsheet XL2003 Click Format, Row, and then click AutoFit.
