About Excel VBA
Hello:
Is there some important differences in the Visual Basic of Excel 2003 and Excel 2007? If I practice VBA in Excel 2003, could I have problems to do the same applications in Excel 2007? -- Miguel M. Yalán http://mmyv.com |
About Excel VBA
Should be relatively transparent, like 99.9% or better (I made up these
numbers) "Miguel" wrote in message ... Hello: Is there some important differences in the Visual Basic of Excel 2003 and Excel 2007? If I practice VBA in Excel 2003, could I have problems to do the same applications in Excel 2007? -- Miguel M. Yalán http://mmyv.com |
About Excel VBA
I agree with Bob's made up number. I'd say not much worse than the
differences between VBA in Excel 2000 and in 2003. What you'll see in recorded macros will be a bit different in accomplishing the same thing. I noticed recently that 2007 uses the .Interior.Color property to set the fill color during a recorded macro, where 2003 used the ..Interior.ColorIndex property. And yet the results are the same if you use the 2003 method in either version.
