Locking Cells

Hi -- I was wondering if someone could help me to be able to lock certain
cells down that have formulas but not all the cells in the tab?

Thank you!

If you go to Format Cells, the protection tab, you can place a check mark in
the "locked" field. Now, when you protect the worksheet, these cells will be
locked down, and you will not be able to change them, and vice versa.

By default all cells in a worksheet are locked when sheet protection is
enabled.

It is up to you to decide which are to be locked or unlocked when the sheet
is protected.

FormatCellsProtection is where you would change the "locked" or "unlocked"
status.

Select all cells and unlock them.

Select the cells to be locked and lock them

Then ToolsProtectProtect Sheet.

Note the selectable options under "allow users to" when protecting.
