sheet tabs

I cant see my sheet tabs! They are way down there somewhere. I have moved
the sheet up and other directions but I cant find them. I cant see the
horizontal scroll either. How do I find them.

Tools Options View tab, check 'Sheet Tabs' (bottom right) OK
