Need to add the count of duplicate - so the result should be as below

Name Jan Feb Mar

Deepak 4 1 3
Tata 2 0 2
Ambani 6 2


any help is appreciated in advance

Data doesn't visually line up, so can't check out your totals
to your data, but suggest you try a Pivot Table.
