Hi
=SUM(A1:A10) where A1 is the first cell in column A that you want included and A10 is the last cell. Change reference to suit. You can also use =SUM(A:A) to include all cells within column A, but be sure not to have your cell with the formula in column A or else you will get a circular reference -- Regards Roger Govier "Test Member" wrote in message ...
