How do you convert csv file from Excel to dbIII for mat for another program

Excel no longer has that feature. What you can do, if you have it, is import
the .csv file data into Access and export it to dbIII. If you don't have
Access, you might look at this shareware product I found (haven't tried) to
see if it'll meet your needs:
