you have to calculate no.5 through no.8 to get the total paid of each staff
are varies.
you have to subtract the salary of each staff from the gross paid to get the
net paid of each staff.

Hi,

This question is not clear, what exactly do you want? You could:

Take a copy of the old workbook and remove all the old data but keep all the
formulas, formatting and structure.
