these r the data i have i want the total count of different
sizes, in the same sheet and in another sheet.

Count Total Number
 

You can make a small table on the sheet or another sheet with all posslbe
sizes...

M
L
XL
32
etc.

Then, =COUNTIF(A2:E500,X2)

Assuming your "M" above is in cell X2 and your table below is in cells A2
through E500.
