Formulas an easy explanation

Hi

I sort of get by with Excel, and really do try with it and it is not
something I use everyday and have never been one for maths
unfortuantely as much as I would like, my brain sayd no!

Can anyone please recommend a good book that helps with formulas and
actually explain in layman terms?
