Excel 2007 menus - how can I get rid of them?

Sorry to say this but as a new user who just got really familiar with the
2003 menu system, I think the "User Friendly" graphical menus of 2007
version are awful. Is there a way to go back to the classic view? I am aware
of the Excel button the shows something similar but I'd rather have it along
the top as in the old style menu.

Sometimes I just hate progress! :(

you can download a free trial.

I find 2007 awful but
I wouldn't go this way. I'd rather use something else if I can
