First time using this version of excel. All of the column headings are from
right to left. How do I change the headings to left to right? Havew looked
through all of the tabs and don't see that option anywhere. Thanks

What version? You should have stated.

If in excel 2003 (my ver),
You could try check the settings in the International tab
Click Tools Options International tab
Check "Left-to-right"
Uncheck "View current sheet right-to-left"
Click OK

I remember Roger Govier posted this for Excel 2007:

"Press round Office ButtonExcel OptionCustomiseuse dropdown on Choose
Commands fromAll Commandsscroll down to Right to Left
DocumentHighlightAdd

This will place an icon on the QAT (Quick Access Toolbar) which, when
pressed will do what you require"

Thank you for the response. I tried doing what you suggested and I did get
the icon on the QAT. However, pressing the icon doesn't change the way the
columns are displayed. Still have column "A" on the right. Any other things I
can ttry?

Thank you for the reply. I'm using excel 2007. Earlier versions are a lot
easier to use. I am thinking of removing this version in favor of earlier
versions. I wonder if they will work with vista? If you could help with this
version I would be grateful.
