Hi

you can keep your headings visible at the top of the sheet as you scroll
down, by using
WindowFreeze Panes
after placing your cursor in cell A2

If you do need to see headings at the bottom of the page, you can only do
this by using
WindowSplit
Drag the Horizontal split bar down until only 1 row of that screen is
visible.
Scroll that window until you can only see the top row
Then, move back to the top window and continue your work.
