When I open a spreadsheet with links it does not ask if I want to update and
I get errors.
In Excel Options under advanced it is greyed out when no spreadsheet is open
which I thought would be the default options. No ticks "when calculating"

On the error spreadsheet update links has a tick but I need to first open it
and save it before being able to see it is not updateable.

Where can it be overridden so that it will always ask if it should be
updated as was in Excel previous versions
