Auto Fill Help
I am using Microsoft Excel 2003.
I need help with the Auto Fill Options. In cell B1, I inserted '1'. In cell B3, I inserted '2'. In cell B3 - I put in '=B2+B1'. It automatically changed to '3' - so far, this is what I want! I then put my cursor to the bottom-right side of the cell and a black cross appeared. I dragged it down about 5 spaces. The new fomatted cells don't actually change to what I need them to change to. For example, I want B4 to equal B3+B2. I looked in the Formula Bar and it was all correct with '=B3+B2', but the CELL did not actually change. I'd really appreciate if you could help me... I know it must be rather simple, but I'm only a beginner! :) Thank you! |
