I have created a workbook with around ten worksheets . I would like to know
if it is possible to set print guidlines so that when i with to print of the work book it only prints the work sheets i require. ie instead of printing all ten only print 4 of them. if it is can it be saved in this format so that the next timeopen and i wish to print the work book it prints the the same 4 worksheets everytime. |

Not the best solution, but you can hold down 'ctrl' and select the 4 sheets
you want to print, and then under print options, where you choose what you want to print, select "active sheet(s)" -- Best Regards, Luke M "JohnD" wrote: I have created a workbook with around ten worksheets . Record a macro whilst doing this and run it next time you print.
Or use this generic macro which prints just the pre-selected sheets. The macro is not the only way.
You can just select the sheets as Luke suggested then FilePrintActive Sheet(s) Or if you record a macro whilst selecting the sheets you will get code like this. Sheets(Array("Sheet1", "Sheet4", "Sheet7", "Sheet12")).Select ActiveWindow.SelectedSheets.PrintOut Gord On Wed, 21 May 2008 23:30:03 -0700, JohnD wrote: Thanks for your help and prompt reply Gord.
