Problem with Shared Workbook
 

We have used a shared workbook, on a network share for several months. All
users are in the same location ( I am not one of them)
We just had rights granted to the shared directory to several new users, in
another state. When they go into the workbook, and then one of the original
users attempt to go into the workbook, for some reason the sharing is turned
off. Tools, Share - workbook, the Allow Changes by more than One User
check box has become unchecked. I am at a loss to know where to begin to
troubleshoot this problem.
Please help.
