In Excel, how do I add more rows to the worksheet? Tried moving .

In Excel 2003, the rows only go halfway down the page when I do a Page
Preview and the right sidebar won't move any further down. I would like to
add more rows. I tried moving the page break insert, but it didn't change
the # of rows. Help!

The rows might be hidden or the pane frozen. Check the Window menu, if
the pane is not frozen it should say "Freeze Panes". If it says
"Unfreeze Panes" that means you can scroll but you won't be able to
see certain rows.

If you press Ctrl-A, rightclick a cell and then select "Unhide" it
will unhide any hidden cells.

Tried both of those, but to no avail. I get 37 rows on a sheet.

Unfortunately I'm at a computer where I can't test this, but maybe the
workbook/sheet is protected? Go to ToolsProtect Document and see if
it's locked.

It was not protected. You are giving me ideas I never thought of.

Scroll lock was not on. The good news is I started fiddling around with VIEW
trying Normal, Task Pane, and Page Break Preview. After hitting "page break
preview", I went back to Normal and suddenly all the rows down to a normal
page break were available on the scroll bar. Anyway, thank you for your help
- you got me to try things I would not have tried on my own!
