Excel 2 word

is it possible to automatically link excel and word (i currently use excel
2003) so that when i input a figure in to excel it automatically replicates
itself in word?

Ollie,

Copy your cell in Excel then navigate to Word and select where you want the
values to go then

Edit|Paste special
Select Paste Link
Click OK
