Do you have any code in the ThisWorkbook module of your Personal.xls file?
If not, then I don't know. Perhaps someone else can step in here and help
you. Otto

I don't know what that means. I just bought this software from Office Max.
I haven't done anything but try to use the spreadsheet. I haven't added any
code. I am at a loss. I have tried reloading the software, but the error
happens again, every time I open excel. Again, thanks for any help. I
appologize for not being very savvy about this stuff.

Don't apologize. Been there. From what you say, I gather that you
purchased this Excel program, probably as a part of Office. Is that
correct? Has this problem been there from the start, or has it run properly
before and just now started doing this? You might consider removing Office
from your computer, then reinstalling Office. If the problem was there from
the start, you should take the package back to Office Max and get another
one. Sorry I can't be of more help. Otto
