What formula can i enter a date in a cell (say b2) and reduce bal of 200 in
cell J2 by any amount (IE-20)

=J2-20
or =J2-J1 with the amount to subtract in J1 (or elsewhere)

I think i asked the question wrong I want to put date in say cell b2 and i want it to deduct a fixed amount from the total in cell j2
