How do I remove excess pages in Excel?
How do I remove unwanted excess pages in Excel 2007? I have a worksheet that
is nine pages long, but totals 18840 pages because I copied some rows. The unwanted pages only consist of bordering and a header. The size is really affecting the performance and giving my network printer fits. Thanks in advance for any help. |

Working with a copy of your workbook..........try just deleting all the rows
below your data.......and then save the file under a different name......if it works, you can do it with the real file. The method that I use is to copy the pages you want onto a new sheet. Sometimes it's easier than trying to get rid of the extra empty rows. gls858 |
