Hello all, I have a spreadsheet listling multiple products I am testing.
Each product may have multiple steps (rows). At the top of each product, I have the owners name in a owners name column. I want to be able to filter by owner, so I only show one owners product at a time. Problem is, for the owners column, I only put their name once, which is at the top of each section containing that product. So when I filter, and select that owner, the blank rows, won't show up..How do I filter so the blank rows show up too? Thanks Mark |

Try Debra Dalgleish's page for ways to fill in the col blanks:
http://www.contextures.com/xlDataEntry02.html Excel -- Data Entry -- Fill Blank Cells Fill Blank Cells Fill Blank Cells Programmatically (Sub FillColBlanks() by Dave Peterson) With the blanks filled from above, you can then autofilter as required -- Max Singapore http://savefile.com/projects/236895 xdemechanik --- "mab1963" wrote: Hello all, I have a spreadsheet listling multiple products I am testing.
