Where can I find the file ABC Sales.xls used in the Book "Running.

I have just purchased "Running Microsoft Excel2000". It gives me an address
to where I can get the files used in the examples, I just can't find them.
The address given is http://mspress.microsoft.com/mspress/products/2050. I
would appreciate any help you can give me.
