Select some of the cells that you wish to format this way, and from the Menu
Bar, <Format <Cells <Number tab, And click on "Custom", Scroll down and you'll see several formats with RED in them. Select one, and using that as a start sample, you should be able to get something you like. -- HTH, RD --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please keep all correspondence within the NewsGroup, so all may benefit ! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Regards" wrote in message ...
