How can I suppress zero data rows in the new 2007 pivot tables?

Use a Value Filter in the Row Labels area:
Click the dropdown arrow on the Row Labels cell
If there are multiple fields in the Row Labels area, select the field
you want to filter for zero
Click Value Filters, and then click Does Not Equal
Type a zero, and then click OK
