Just sparing a thought here, as you haven't received any response yet (not
sure why, though <g). ok, I don't have/know the latest xl2007, but would it
be any different from say, xl2003, where the option to choose: (NonBlanks) is
available in the autofilter dropdown (via Data Filter Autofilter)?

Hi Robert

When you select the whole data column and there are blanks
you see "Blanks" in the filter list when you click on the arrow in the header
