possible?

Hi and thanks for reading.

Currently using excel 07 (came with pc)

I have created a database of my music cds in excel

like this in each over 5 columns etc

Artist : Song : Cd Title : Song Duration : Cat No.

So far this database goes over 5 sheets, the last sheet (5) contains the
newly added cds, (which is always being added to).

Which is all ok and fine, however i need to be able to view this on my ipaq
excel mobile etc so i have to split the database up.

Ideally i could do with all artists that begin with "A" in one database ,
"B" in another and so on.

Rather than manually create 26 or so smaller databases then copy n paste the
info doing this everytime i add to it , i was wondering if there was a way
to get excel to go through the sheets extracting the data from them and
creating smaller ipaq friendly databases.

Is it possible to do this? being a single working dad of 3 time is precious.

Thanks
