Can't Maximize a File
 

Hi. My file is stuck in "restore" mode (small in the middle of the screen).
The three small boxes in the upper right hand corner of the file portion of
the screen are missing so I cannot maximize it. The excel window is
maximized and those boxes are there. How do I get them back. Thanks
