Default Third party add-in not working

Purchased an add-in from our software vendor. Had been working until
yesterday. Let's me select it in the toolbar and even lists the functions and
appears to complete the func. Won't return value from database - gives
#NAME... Any suggestions or info on why it stopped working or how to fix?

Are you sure you spelled the formula name correctly in the cell? And if
you're looking for text, did you put quotes around the text? References to
other sheet without a ' or missing a : in a range will cause that error too.

You can go to Toola - Formula Auditing - Trace Error for more details...

The problem is with all my spreadsheets that use the same addin. Haven't
changed anything - just opened the files and it had problem. I use the
function dialog box to select cells, etc (no typing), even typed values in
boxes, no luck! The DATABASE is FoxPro dbf files and they are accessed by our
acct software okay.
